FEES AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Upon intake, client-participants will receive a copy of this policy, and the provisions of the education service will be subject to this agreement and with our Contribution-Fees and Cancellation Policy

CONTRIBUTION [FEES]: For the current session contribution payments, please refer to the Contribution Cost section

For supplementary or non-standard consultations, we will inform you of the applicable contribution amount, at the time of booking the appointment

All “contribution-fees” mentioned are GST exempt

You may be eligible for private health insurance rebates. To explore this option further, please contact your Private Health Insurer

Psychological Wisdom reserves the right to make changes to our fees at our absolute discretion: and If such changes occur, payment Contribution and our Cancellation Policy will be updated accordingly

Existing clients will receive one month's notice before any your contribution changes take effect. If you have provided credit card details for payments, you will be requested to submit a credit card deduction authority form to authorise the increased your contribution

CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event of a short-notice cancellation or a failure to attend a scheduled appointment, the cancellation will mean your contribution payment will be charged or retained by Psychological Ventures, the provider contracting Psychological Wisdom for the psychology education service

Please provide notice of cancellation via email and via phone SMS reply to the reminder text you will have received

HOLDING DEPOSITED CONTRIBUTIONS: Please make a holding contribution payment for your booking, to confirm your appointment: and If cancellation is notified within 48 hours (2 days), a refund can be requested and will be issued as a refund to you

If you cancel less than 48 hours notice, your deposited contribution can be used to another rescheduled appointment time of your choosing

If you cancel the appointment within 24 hours notice, then you must acknowledge, by this agreement and booking of the service that your deposit is forfeit, as a late cancellation contribution payment

Non-attendance without notice - 100% of the session your contribution will be charged. For NDIS participants, please be aware this means a invoice for payment for the missed session will be sent to your NDIS funds coordinator: and If not paid in full by them, you acknowledge you will be responsible for the 80% fee, of the usual NDIS scheduled session cost

Extenuating circumstances - At the discretion of the practice administration support 

Once your booking deposited contribution is received our admin support staff will contact you on email and text sms to your phone a confirmation of your booking one-day prior to the booking date

NON-DIRECT SERVICES:

Report Preparation. Progress reports sent to referring general practitioners will not incur any additional fees.

For comprehensive reports requested by clients, a contribution equivalent to our hourly subsequent consultation professional your contribution will be required, calculated at 15-minute intervals. The fees will be discussed with you before we start preparing the for the assessment and formal diagnostic report

Invoicing & Contribution Payments: On behalf of Psychological Wisdom, Psychological Ventures Association [ngo] [nfp], accepts credit cards as a method of payment or if you make  prior arrangements with admin Support staff to make a bank deposited transfer. You must provide a valid credit card and authorise the payment when making your own online-portal bookings

Clients will be billed on a weekly basis, and payment will be processed at the time of billing
